What we collect
This website (safepathosha.com) is operated by Webrich Software. We collect minimal information — only what we need to provide our services:
- Analytics: We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand which pages are useful and how fast the site loads. No personal information is sold.
- Practice quiz emails: If you ask us to email your quiz results, your email address is sent over HTTPS to our results-email service. We do not add you to a mailing list and we don't share your address.
- Contact form: When you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, email, and message via Web3Forms. We use this only to reply.
- Affiliate links: Our /recommended/ page links to Amazon. When you click through and buy, we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We never see your purchase details.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data.
- We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
- We don't store the practice-quiz answers you give in your browser.
The apps
The SafePath OSHA 10 and SafePath OSHA 30 iOS apps are designed to work fully offline. Your study progress, cards, and jobsite records (toolbox talks, incidents, audits, certifications) stay on your device and in your personal iCloud account — they are never transmitted to us. Subscriptions are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details. The apps use Firebase for anonymous usage analytics and crash reporting.
