This Privacy Policy describes how Webrich Software (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the SafePath OSHA iOS app and the SafePath OSHA website (together, the “Service”).
1. Information We Do Not Collect
SafePath OSHA does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, postal address, or government identifiers in order to use the app’s study, practice exam, crew, wallet, or retention features. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
2. Information Stored On-Device
Your study progress, practice exam attempts, mock exam scores, bookmarks, crew roster, wallet credentials, and retention notes are stored locally on your device. If you have enabled iCloud on your device, iOS may sync this data privately between your own devices using your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to that iCloud-synced data.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
Subscription purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store using your Apple ID. We do not see your payment card details. To verify whether your device is entitled to Pro features, the app receives a signed receipt from Apple’s StoreKit framework; that receipt remains on your device. Apple’s own privacy policy governs how Apple processes your purchase information.
4. Email Support
If you choose to email us at support@webrichsoftware.com, we use the contents of your message and your email address solely to respond to you. We do not add support contacts to any marketing list.
5. Website Analytics
This website uses privacy-friendly aggregate analytics (Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights) to count page visits and measure page-load performance. These tools collect anonymized data such as referring page, country, and device type. They do not build an advertising profile of you and they do not track you across other sites.
6. Children
The Service is intended for adults preparing for OSHA 10-hour and OSHA 30-hour Construction Outreach training. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Your Choices
You can delete on-device study data at any time by removing the app from your device. You can cancel an active subscription, and review purchase history, in your Apple ID account settings: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
